If the following circumstances* apply 7 days before the start day of your charter trip,

we will rebook you free of charge or issue you a credit note for the payment already made:

*Circumstances: COVID-19 guidelines

• border closure(s) that prevent arrival and/or departure
• quarantine measures in home country and/or Croatia

  (despite vaccination certificate, confirmation of recovering from Covid-19 or negative test)

• lockdown in home country and/or Croatia

Please note that any other situations are excluded and the usual cancellation conditions (AGB’s) apply. 

The health of our guests and our crew is our top priority – you should be guaranteed a carefree holiday. 

Our health and hygiene standards comply with the current regulations of the WHO and the Croatian Ministry of Tourism and Sports.
